During the mildly cold day, I drove to the Rockville Civic Center (aka The Rockville Mansion) to attend the Mobile Command gathering.  This was a small event, with lots of very cool, and highly affective vehicles fitted out to be mobile command posts for the various Counties and other local jurisdicitons. 

Below are some photographs of the event.  I will try to add links to the right and other information about these vehicles as I find them.
